Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM)

CIAM is a software with three main components. It allows organizations to control customer application access; it links with databases, digital profiles, and other relevant information to determine a customer’s identity; and it securely gathers and manages a customer’s profile information.

CIAM is particularly useful to organizations using targeted marketing, as it provides authentication of customer support and gathers data to better meet the needs of customers.
